Film Vault Friday: Weird Patton

For frequent talk show viewers, the word “junket” usually brings a sense of dread. How many times can we hear the same cute anecdote from the movie set, Mr. A-lister? But then there are press tours like that of Patton Oswalt, whose new book Zombie Spaceship Wasteland is taking him on the rounds of the talk shows (Daily Show last night, Fallon tonight, with hopefully more TBA).

Here’s a guest appearance from Oswalt in earlier days, on a show with much less cache: The Weird Al Show. (The truly weird thing is, I do remember watching this when it originally aired in 1997.)
